How Do You Meditate?
Well there are several techniques that are on different levels of
difficulty. It is best to start with the easy exercises and work your
way up. It all starts with love must Learn to love yourself before you

Lay down with your arms by your side.
Begin breathing as though you are pretending to be asleep. Focus on

you will begin to feel light.
